When Anna entered the main room and stated her remark, he didn't give her much time, taking her by the hand and leading her to one of the training rooms on the first floor. When Ahmad opened the door to the training room, you opened it up to see specially reinforced punching bags, special target poles for martial arts, and a floor mat for MMA. Ahmad walked in, wearing sweat pants and a dress shirt, he removed his dress shirt and hung it up on a hook near the door. Not looking very muscular, he appeared to be in shape, muscularly cut, but he wasn't big. He walked over to the martial arts poles, with all of the beams sticking out of it on a swibble so they can move almost like appendages. Ahmad turned back to Anna, "Now one thing that we need to work on is combat, you may be strong, but that alone won't save you against a lycan, you need to be fast. You need to know what you are doing." Ahmad turned back to the pole, and in a lightning fast movement, he struck the pole multiple times before the beams even had much time to move at all, he was unnaturally fast, his rate of motion was barely visible, and when he finished, the pole broke into pieces. "Don't worry, these things are meant to come apart, they can be put back together." Ahmad shouted down the hall and called in a vampire to be his sparring partner so Anna could watch. The vampire walked to the middle of the mat, Ahmad walked over to shake his hand and explain the situation. 'Now Anna, my partner here is going to try and make the moves a lycan might pull, and I'm going to show you the moves of how to avoid being ripped to pieces by a lycan while at the same time doing damage to your opponent." He turned back to his sparring partner, "Just go half human speed, so she can see what's actually going on. Sorry I know that's slow." The other vampire agreed, and jumped towards Ahmad, but Ahmad dodged the vampire and in a fluid motion grabbed him by the arm and neck and threw him to the ground, slowly hitting the vampire on a precise point on the neck, lightly so as to not do as much damage. "You see Anna, most lycans in full form don't have as many choices on what to do, they mostly rely on their brute strength and razor sharp teeth to do the work needed to kill us. But with a quick a precise dodge and strike right here." He pointed to an exact point on the neck. "You will temporarily immobilize them, stopping them long enough to deliver a killing blow usually with a knife or bullet right about here." And he pointed to a precise spot on his back where his heart would be. "Now I want you to try this, I'm sure you will get this, this is a basic technique but oh so effective, he will go slow and I will be watching, telling you what to do in the scenario, we will keep doing this until you get it perfect."

It seemed to be becoming somewhat of a habit for Ahmad to grab her hand and lead the way, and honestly, Anna didn't really mind all that much. Once they entered the training room, Anna was taken aback by the state of the art equipment. To think that a prestigious palace such as this one, with highly intelligent vampires in suits, would have an incredible combat training area. She actually expected the training to take place outdoors by doing nothing more than jump and run. This was actually a far better choice, though. Anna maybe had never used such things, but she was certain that her burning determination wouldn't let her get too sloppy.
She watched Ahmad carefully, and was surprised for a second when the training dummy was shuttered. Made her wonder how come there are any left standing. Later he explained that they were supposed to break, but once a real live training partner appeared, Anna couldn't help but wonder whether that sparring parter was meant to be broken as well. Hopefully not. When Ahmad was done, Anna took the stage and faced the opponent, who had soon made exactly the same move he did on Ahmad; the jumping attack. Unlike Ahmad, however, Anna's reflexes weren't as flawless. All she managed to do was push the opponent away using both palms of her hands. It was a loss, but the sparring partner continued on repeating the move, and Anna kept on trying to do what Ahmad did, and with every time got better, but still had a rather long way to go.

He watched as Anna continued to improve with each repetition, how each time she managed to get a bit better, a bit faster. Ahmad knew she wasn't going to get it on the first try, not even the trained UFC fighters couldn't get it on the first try, because it wasn't a fighting style they would ever use, because the pressure points on a lycan in full form is different from the points on a human. He made sure the trainer wasn't being to tough on her, but at the same time giving her a challenge. "Okay, that's enough of that for now, I know I said you were going to repeat this until you got it perfect, but there are other things we need to work on." Ahmad stepped on to the pad, "Alright, you now need to know how to take on a lycan in human form. They fight differently than in their full form." Ahmad turned to the trainer, "That's it for now thanks." Ahmad watched as the trainer left, "Alright Anna, I'm going to attack you at half speed and I want you to try and overtake me, even if you can't do it I still want you to try." Then Ahmad stood there in his fighting stance, body twisted 45 degrees to the left, right hand forward, level to his chest, left hand back, level with his face. Except his hand were open, not in a fist, more mui-tai then karate. Ahmad awaited for Anna to try and attack him, "Just so you know, if you don't attack me, we will go to the other part of this lesson and I will attack you." Seeing if that would make a response in Anna happen.

To be absolutely honest, Anna was glad to finally get a chance to hit Ahmad. She didn't hate him or anything, but she could seriously use some anger-bursting. She had so much built up without release to a point where she just needed to let it all out. Ahmad was now offering her such chance, and with a little bit of practice on her reflexes now backing her up, she could do it with a little more precision. Without hesitation, she took a stance similar to his and began throwing punches aimed at his face and chest. She didn't expect many, or any, of them to actually hit, but that didn't stop her from attacking. Her every punch was loaded with all the power she could give, but it was mostly fueled by rage. Rage she needed out of her system.
Anna's arms soon began to hurt and tire, but she kept on going. With every punch, she became less angry and more focused to a point where she was no longer dedicated to simply hurting Ahmad, but instead she focused on hitting a particular mark, which in this case was the opponent's heart. She was fully aware of the facts that she couldn't keep it up for long, and has probably made a great deal of mistakes, but she felt like she could have done a lot worse. In fact, she was quite proud of herself for at least trying.

As Anna threw her punches, Ahmad using his unnatural speed, he dodged each of her punches with ease, he knew he was going to but with time she would be able to hit him. But eventually he grew tired of dodging all of her punches, so when he thought Anna was about done, he grabbed her arm when she threw a punch and he threw her to the ground with a flip, trying to be careful but he knew that in order to learn, she may need to get hurt. He then quickly got into the MMA full mount position and was about the throw a punch right in Anna's face, but he stopped just short. "You see, a lycan in human form will fight using mixed martial arts. They also have quick reflexes, and they will use them to get you to the ground, there they can either pummel you to a pulp or tear you to pieces. You cannot be throwing blind punches, you have to aim your punches to be very precise, you want to hit them here, here, and here." He pointed to a spot on his shoulder, his chest, and his stomach. He then realized that he was still sitting on Anna, he got off of her and reached his hand down to help her up. "If you want to keep going just let me know, but if you need to take a break let me know. But if you are good to continue, then we will be moving into the next room, for firearms training."

She tried, she failed, and she got hit for it. Not a big loss, but it sure as hell motivated Anna to continue. As the saying goes; if you can't beat 'em, then fuckin' shoot 'em. Actually she made that up just then, but the point remains. She may not be a perfect fist fighter, but fortunately there was more than one way to put a Lycan out of its misery. "Firearms it is." She answered as she grabbed hold of Ahmad's hand and helped herself up. "Oh yeah, what happened just now," She motioned to the floor where Ahmad had just put her down moments ago. "enjoy it while you can. I'm gonna beat you, eventually." And that was just one more goal for her to score. With a wink to him, Anna let go of Ahmad's hand and headed for the door that she thought would lead to the firearms training room. She didn't know for sure if she was actually going the right way, but she had no doubt that Mr. Tough would steer her away if she wasn't.

Ahmad couldn't help but laugh when she said she was going to beat him. Ahmad had been training for years, he trained for 50 years before he went into hibernation, and then he continued his training after Dane awoke him. He watched as Anna walked out of the combat and room and actually managed to go the right way to the fire arms room. He walked ahead of her and reached the door, he opened it up and you saw a vast armory of weapons, almost anything you could desire, followed by an advanced firing range where you could set up a piece of paper and send it back to the end of the range with a push of a button. Ahmad walked over to the armory and pulled out a 44 magnum, he then went to the firing range, he put on some ear plugs. "Since you are a vampire, you have advanced hearing, which makes it louder, and in this room, it somehow amplifies the sound by bouncing the sound waves everywhere, this room will even make a vampires ears ring." He turned back towards the range, set up a target for himself, looked into his gun to make sure it was loaded, and discharged a few rounds into the piece of paper, he pushed a button and it brought the paper back. He took the paper off and every single shot was right about in the center of the head. "I still got it." He turned around and went back to the armory, put away the 44 magnum and pulled out a 22 caliber pistol. "Let's start you out easy, just grab the grip, cup your hand with your other hand, also called the tea and cup position, there is the safety, red means dead. Point it down range, aim and fire when ready." Ahmad stood back after handing Anna the 22 and watched to see what she would do.

Hand-to-hand combat maybe isn't Anna's cup of tea, but every rich girl had to learn how defend herself. First it was pepper spray, and then it turned into a loaded gun. She isn't a sniper, of course, far from it, but she was far better with a gun than she was with her fists. She was just about as happy as she could get until Ahmad handed her a little farter instead of a real weapon. "I may be a lady, but that doesn't mean I have to use girly guns." She complained yet again and critically gave Ahmad a teasing glare of disapproval. Still, she hang a new piece of paper, which fortunately was formed as a human being for a target - the kind far more interesting than a simple target with multiple circles. She pushed the button to send the paper to the back of the range and took aim. After taking a deep breath and bracing herself for the loudness, she fired three shots. One missed entirely, the second bullet went through the target's stomach while the third hit the mark she was aiming for; right between the target's hips. She smiled to herself triumphantly before turning back to Ahmad. "Scared yet?"

Ahmad watched as she shot the 22 at the target, when she turned and gave her teasing threat, he couldn't help but laugh again. "Oh well you may have hit the target twice, but that was a stationary target, you need to be able to hit moving targets, anticipate their movements and go for the kill shot." Ahmad went back and grabbed his favorite 44 magnum, he hooked up another target back on the paper. He sent it back, and while loading the gun he turned to Anna, "You won't have much time to aim, you will have to be able to see your target and know where to aim to hit it, before they can react, your bullet should reach it." As soon as he finished, he only used his peripherals, and raised the gun with one hand and fired six shots at the target, all of them hitting the targets heart area. When he put the gun down on the table, he pulled out three shots and loaded the gun, he then put another target up and sent it back, "If you think you can handle this, use my gun, 44 magnum, be careful of the kick, I saw a vampire get knocked out when the kick hit him in the face." He stood behind Anna, knowing the kick might actually knock her over.

Without a sound, Anna watched Ahmad make holes in another piece of paper. She loved the thrill of shooting, but something wasn't right. Instead of taking the magnum from Ahmad, she turned around and headed to the large arsenal where he had been getting his guns from. A little girl's dream was not target practicing with her father during a fine summer afternoon, but Anna - who was always somewhat physically lacking - was practically forced to attend those lessons. While her aim had gotten better over time, she always found it much more satisfying to replace precision with sheer firepower, perhaps to make up for her own personal lack of it. Regardless of reasons, when given a choice, she always opted for the larger weaponry, or at least the more devastating ones. This time, she placed the 22 in its place and picked up the fully automatic Glock. Without stopping to ask Ahmad for his opinion, Anna replaced the ruined paper with a new one and fired the entire magazine at it, hitting not only the head, groin, heart and stomach, but pretty much everything else as well. With that done, she turned to Ahmad again. "Are you scared now, darling?" She teased once more, with a mischievous grin across her face.
