As the movie played and Ahmad and Anna watched it, Ahmad enjoyed sitting there watching the movie with a woman he actually had interest in on his shoulder. He put his head slightly on top of hers, his cheek rest on her head, getting comfortable for the movie. Ahmad enjoyed the fact that he could relax and enjoy a break from training, the war, and everything that had been going on in his life. He enjoyed being in the company of a woman who started out annoying him but now helping him to enjoy the parts of life he ignored for two thousand years. Ahmad may have lived for ever, but this night, he feels like he lived for the first time with this woman here.
He spent most of the movie in thought, missing most of what went on, even missing most of the plot line, he spent more time thinking about Anna and her training and his emotions than he did the movie. When the movie finished, which felt like it was quite quick. He got up and stretched, turning to Anna, extending his hand to her. "I'm hungry, I'm sure you must be to, so what's say we go back to the base to get some nourishment."

It was a pretty good movie, at least the parts Anna did catch. She had also fallen into thought, as well as dozed on and off several times. As it turned out, she didn't really want to watch a movie, she just wanted to know that if she ever does want to, she has that opportunity. "Yeah, I could use a drink." She replied lazily as she took Ahmad's hand and stood up. "Say, are we prohibited from drinking alcohol as well?" She certainly hoped not, but she didn't expect a cheering answer. God, she is going to miss those crazy night at the club, and even those hangovers the following morning. Dear lord, let the answer be a No, she could so use a glass of Martini right then, or perhaps an entire bottle of Vodka.
She didn't let go of Ahmad's hand, fully expecting him to lead her back to the car, since she probably won't be able to do that on her own due to the sobbing that she will be doing over the no-alcohol rule. To think that only three years after becoming legally old enough to drink, she loses that privilege for good. The world is such a cruel place.

Ahmad felt bad when she wanted to have a drink of alcohol, knowing it would make her sick, he would have to tell her that she can't. "I'm sorry but that's not what I meant, we need blood. We can't have anything and that includes alcohol. But look, if you need something to get this off your mind, there is a club, night club obviously that is a fun place to hang out at, or we could just go back to the house, get some blood, and go back to training until morning. We only have a few hours till morning. It's probably 3:30 by now, so we could either go back or do something else?" Ahmad didn't know what to do because he had been used to not being able to have any human food or drink for thousands of years. He didn't know how to make it better, so he tried his best. "Blood for us is so much better than alcohol anyways. Trust me, vampires have more fun than humans ten fold. We can do anything you want to do. Just let me know where we are going, and we can enjoy the rest of the night, you earned it."

Sigh. So much for that idea. Well, if blood truly can replace alcohol as a mind-blower, then it was no big deal. Of course, a glass of Martini would have been better, but Anna will have to get used to the red stuff eventually, right? "All right, let's have a feast back home, and depending on how I'm gonna feel, we'll determine what to do then. Agreed, Captain?" She didn't wait for an answer. After all, he wouldn't stop her from drinking blood. Anna quickly made it to the car and threw herself into the passenger's seat, and then hooked the seat belt. "Next time you wanna drag me somewhere romantic, give me a chance to change first. It's freaking freezing in shorts!" She exclaimed out loud before resing against the seat of the car. "By the way, when do I get my own car?" She asked curiously, already thinking of which type of car she would like.

Ahmad entered the car shortly after Anna, he looked at her as she shivered from the cold of the night, it seemed like she was always complaining, but at least there were parts of her that Ahmad did like quite a lot. He was tempted to make a joke but instead just cranked the heater and pointed at her legs trying to make her warm. He tuned to a rap station after turning the car on. He buckled his seat belt, expecting Anna to do the same, and drove off into the night. He was deep in thought as to what to do for the remainder of the night and what to do about Anna, still trying to win her over. The drive felt long, but they got back to the mansion around 4:00 A.M. He pulled the car up to the lot, turned the car off, and unbuckling his seat belt getting out of the car and going around to open Anna's door. Once he opened her door, he went inside expecting Anna to follow, he went downstairs to where the humans were being held for feeding. He found the female that he fed on last night, got down to her level and when his eyes had turned red and his fangs had extended, he sunk his teeth into the females neck, draining blood from her body until he was satisfied. He then got back up and stood, he didn't even turn to see if Anna was feeding, but he called out to Anna hoping she could hear him. "Anna, do you have any skill with knives, because if not then that's what we will be doing for the last hour and a half before we sleep."

Before going downstairs for dinner, Anna quickly made it back to her room to grab a bathrobe to wear over her clothes so they don't get stained with blood. After that, she followed Ahmad to the basement, though by the time she got there, he was nearly done with his meal. She also chose the same human as before, the male with long, dark hair. "Hey. I'm Anna, by the way." She quickly mumbled to the man as she knelt down beside him. He didn't seem conscious at all, but that didn't mean she had to go and be mean to him. he was, after all, a human being. "Sorry." She added. With less hesitation than last time, Anna sank her grown fangs into the flesh of the man's neck. Her eyes shined a crimson red as she sucked the blood out of the human's veins. She hated herself for doing this. For being like this. But there really was no other choice.
Once finished, Anna took off the robe she was wearing and draped it over the human male. She knew that it probably wouldn't help him any, but it sure will help her conscience. After that, Anna stood and joined Ahmad, who was already considering her next course of training. "No, I don't have any skill with knives except cutting vegetables. Sorry, I wasn't trained to be a murderous assailant." Her attitude had visibly change since her feeding. It was probably stupid to be all depressed about it, but she simply couldn't help it. That guy she was drinking blood from was someone's son, maybe someone's loved one, or a father. Had fate been a little different, Anna could have been the one in his shoes.

Ahmad took Anna's hand and led her to the first combat room with all the hand to hand combat training equipment, he opened up a closet in the back corner of the room and there were a wide variety of switch blades, fixed blades, swords, and other daggers. Ahmad pulled out two daggers and walked over to the same pole with the beams he had broken with his hands earlier. He stood ready to train of the pole, not even looking to see if Anna was paying attention. "Now you see, the blades have to be an extension of your arms, your hands. They have to move a fluidly as your own muscles." As soon as Ahmad finished his little speech, he moved as quickly as he did when punching the pole except he was using his knives, as he moved he eventually came to a stop, as he put his knives away, the pole re shattered into pieces. Ahmad turned around, "You see, I have shown you the three basic types of ways to fight a vampire, you can focus on one if you wish, but you will be more effective if you can master all three."

Having her hand being grabbed and dragged was really cute, at first. But it was on a steady course of becoming a rather bothersome nuisance. This time, thank goodness, Anna managed to swallow it up once more and simply go along. She was no longer in a laughing or flirting state of mind, and her mentor, of all people, should have picked up on that, but apparently he was far too excited about the training itself. "A dumb pole can't fight back, what's the damn point?" She questioned stupidly. She knew the point, but she didn't quite think straight at the moment.
After Ahmad's performance, Anna took a few steps toward him until she was merely several inches away. She lifted her hand with an open palm and looked at him, expecting him to hand over that knife. Cutting the pole couldn't be much different than cutting a cucumber, and it was safe to say that Anna was rather good at slicing up cucumber with years of experience backing her up. After all, the position of a waitress and kitchen assistant had pretty much no requirements, so she frequently took them. Pathetic paycheck, but valuable experience indeed.

Ahmad watched as Anna stepped towards him, reaching her hand out for the knife. He took a few steps back, "Oh no it's not that easy." He held the knife away, his eyes started to grow red ready for him to get into a state for fighting. He knew that she wasn't in the mood for flirting anymore, and Ahmad knew when it was time for things like that and now was not the time. Ahmad looked into her eyes, still red because she was newly turned, his eyes had become as red as a wild fire. He looked at her and said, "For the first part of your knife training, as lycans in human form will also use knives, you have to take it from me. And I apologize, but this might hurt a bit." He held the knife in the air a bit above and behind him, with his other hand in a karate chop position in front of his face, his torso slightly bent over and his knees were bent like he was ready to leap 100 feet into the air. He looked at her eyes and said, "Come and get it, if you think you can." Ahmad expected to be slapped like a typical woman slaps a guy when she is defending herself, Ahmad was ready for almost anything she could throw at him, he would just have to hold back a lot more than usual to not kill her with the knife. "As I said before, this is going to hurt." As he stood ready, waiting for Anna to make the first move.

Anna's annoyance with Ahmad was mostly brought up by her own growing impatience, depression, and anger. She wanted nothing more than to rip someone's face off, and he was giving her the perfect opportunity. Of course, she won't be able to do that to an over two thousand-year old vampire, but she can damn sure try. Once Ahmad challenged her, Anna's lips were pulled back to reveal an unfriendly pair of fangs ready to bite, and her eyes lit with a fiery red color. If she could see herself at that very moment, she probably wouldn't be able to recognize herself. This wasn't the nice, funny girl that used to laugh twenty five times a day. This was a freaking creature that was angrier than a homeless mobster and was willingly drinking blood from the unwilling. And who made her like that? None other than Mr. Mentor. "Wouldn't be the first time you hurt me, now would it?" She spoke threateningly through gritted teeth.
After that, she launched herself at him. Her goal wasn't the knife, it was Ahmad. She knew that he was stronger, faster, smarter, and better at many other things, but she cared very little about it at the moment. Besides, what would be the point of fighting someone weaker or the same level? It's much better to confront a stronger opponent for a more difficult challenge, thus a more valuable experience. Of course, she wasn't thinking about that either. She just wanted to lay as many hits on him as possible.
