Anna, while being a charming, charismatic and well-behaved lady, has - like everyone else - her darker side. More specifically, the anger devil. Let's not rush ahead though, and cover her brighter nature first, which occupies the larger part of her persona, as difficult as it might be to believe. She isn't an angel, not by a long shot, and may have done some bad things in the past, but hey, at least she is mannered enough to apologize. Half the time she is even being sincere about it! So there, not the devil either.
Although Anna does have a good side, that doesn't mean she'll always go out of her way to help the whole world or abandon her day's plans just to save the life of a lost kitten. She is nice, meaning she doesn't swear too much and behaves properly, and usually tolerates annoying people to a certain point, she's even cheerful from time to time. She's a strong woman - for a human, that is - so she won't take a whole lot of bullshit from people, but she won't lash out right away. Instead, she'll attempt to get away, and if that fails... well, you better hold on to your seats. She does have problems with her temper. Fortunately, she isn't physically strong enough to beat someone to death; otherwise there would have been a lot of dead bodies. Believe me.
When she's angry, she'll most likely yell at someone, or just at everyone, depending on how mad she is. It's highly unlikely that she will confront the object of her irritation with physical force, but not entirely impossible. Once her brain fills with rage, the thinking process drops to the minimum, therefore her actions become reckless and plain immature. In order to calm down, she would either have to sit alone for a while, or consume something that would satisfy her taste. Well, or have a lot of alcohol, in which case she would fall asleep.
Even though Anna is not a mutant wolf or humanoid bat, she finds peace in the wilderness, away from civilization, as long as she has her cellphone with her. There's not a place in the world she would go without the mobile device. That's right, NOWHERE. Like most girls, she rather likes to have that extra measure of safety, just in case. Having the Police at her fingertips does the job quite fine.
Her darker half – and I don’t mean she has an evil spirit possessing her – is kind of like an alter ego. It pops out its head from time to time, most often when Anna is stressed, emotionally or spiritually. It just sort of ticks in her brain, transforming her from a nice lady with anger problems into a wilder, meaner version of herself. Usually, when too much stress is put on her, she’ll just become insanely enraged, but sometimes, she’ll go through a little flip, in which case she becomes less concerned with what others want or think. So you could probably say that she suffers from “Split Personality”, but don’t tell her that, cause she’ll just laugh at you.
Detailed History:
Since birth, Anna was always the awfully quiet kid. She didn't cry much as a baby, and she rarely whined after falling down. It usually was no problem for a kid to be shy or self-absorbed, but if that child was obligated join their parents in social circles, self-absorption become a problem to deal with. Anna's parents were, and are, wealthy business dealers, thus blend into groups of high status. Before she could walk and talk, Anna's parents would leave her with a babysitter all the time, but once she learned speech and began walking upright, the business partners would take their daughter with them to their social gatherings. It was painfully clear that they used the child to win the sympathy and compassion of their contractors, but fortunately Anna was far too young to understand it, therefore could not refuse to do it.
With years among socially powerful people, Anna eventually became one herself, though she was never good with the business stuff, which made her parents rather disappointed, since they apparently believed that she would take over the family business once they are unable to continue. She probably would be able to, if she wanted, but she didn't, no matter how much her parents tried convincing her. They weren't all that terrible of a pair, after all.
After several years of school, Anna became more outgoing, lively, and silly. She was raised to be a strong girl, and that became apparent when she rushed to confront the bullies. Sadly, having a strong will doesn't make you're a strong fighter, so Anna got a fair share of bruises throughout her school years. That didn't come in the way of her academic success, however. She was a straight A+ student, thought she did occasionally choose the easier courses and methods. Yes, she sometimes cheated on tests, BUT... innocent until proven guilty, right? Upon graduating high school, Anna was given a choice; University, or... university. Unfortunately for her parents, she was no longer a naive little child who would do anything mama and papa say. She possessed a mind of her own now, and that's the reason for the end of the world... nah, not really, but she did become somewhat rebellious. In fact, she became so hell bent on choosing her own path, that she chose option C: none of the above, just to spite her parents, even though she knew that university would be best for her. The next while went by fairly quickly. Since she was already 18, she no longer needed an adult's escort to travel anywhere in the world, so she packed up, and simply left. She had more than enough money saved up to begin a whole new life, thanks to the loving parents that not only spent insane amounts of gold to ensure her every dream was fulfilled, but also put entire loads into her personal bank account.
The first thing she did upon landing on Europe was change her last name, just in case anyone would want to go looking for her, which she doubted, since she had told her parents that she was going to be attending school in London before her departure, and that's exactly where she spent the first few years. Not in school, of course, but she remained in London, working several jobs until she plain and simple got tired of the place. Since then, she had been moving from place to place, visiting all of Europe's wonders while working at all sorts of jobs. She didn't earn a lot from them, but her way of living didn't require much, plus if she ever ran out of cash, she could easily call her parents and ask for reinforcements.
